Remembering the Fallen
A group of Boy Scouts and I had placed a US Flag at the graves of our fallen heroes. A young Girl Scout had presented a divide that would poke a hole in the rock solid ground to place the flag into. There are graves from the civil war all the way up to desert storm. A small group of experienced scouts had placed one hundred crosses in five rows of twenty crosses. It had taken us two to place all the crosses two feet away from the one above below and beside each cross. It was an extremely fun event. I would love to take part of this again.
